Swiss recruitment startup TieTalent just announced the opening of new offices in Barcelona and Stuttgart to support the increase in demand due to digitization of the economy in Europe. It also plans to bring a whole new experience to its users soon.

Renens based TieTalent is on the fast track. Despite the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Swiss recruitment startup is witnessing growth in its activity due to the fact that many companies realized they needed to accelerate their digitization processes. The increase in demand has led the company founded by Jovana Rotula and Marc Trillou to expand into the Spanish and German markets where it plans to open more offices in the coming months.

Today, TieTalet is not only expanding its services to new countries but is also getting ready to bring some surprises to its platform until the end of the year explains TieTalent COO & Cofounder Jovana Rotula. So far, the startup has thousands of vetted candidates in IT and Digital Marketing who are open to develop their career and find the right job. Across Switzerland and Germany companies such as L’Oréal, Hilti, Swatch Group, to name a few are using the platform. TieTalent can also count among its users some well-known tech startups. At the moment the company employs 12 people and plans to double the number next year.

A new experience coming

The next steps for TieTalent are aimed at continuing to help match companies and talents on the large scale. The Swiss startup is also very excited to bring a whole new experience to its users by the end of the year. TieTalent’s plan for 2021 is to solidify its position in Switzerland and in new markets while pursuing its commitment to grow across Europe in the coming years. “Our vision is to become the number 1 marketplace in Europe” says Jovana Rotula.
