Directories
Our list of investors includes more than 80 business angel clubs, venture capitalists and corporate VCs who have invested in Swiss start-ups in the last years. The list is sorted by the date of the most recent investment. Each investors description includes a link to the relevant news items.

Our list of Grants and Loans includes 60 programmes that give start-ups financial support and financing offers for start-ups; these range from à fonds perdu contributions to special risk loans from banks.

Our list of prizes for entrepreneurs includes about 100 of the most important awards for start-ups. The list is sorted by deadline and each award description contains the hard facts about the prize in a clear form, with a link to the relevant news items. The highlight is our alert system, which allows you to follow any award and receive email notification when the deadline is approaching or has expired, and when the winners are announced.

Magazines
Swiss Venture Capital Report is the reference publication for investment in Swiss start-ups. The annual report provides an analysis of the financing rounds, a list of the investments and an overview of the most important exits.

GRÜNDEN is an orientation aid for those intending to take the first steps towards independence. The magazine offers encouragement to founders, and shows where possibilities and opportunities lie. It helps to overcome obstacles in key areas, such as finance, marketing, patent protection and company law, and lists the most important national and regional contact points. Checklists for start-up and ongoing operational activities facilitate and accelerate a company’s construction.

Each year, startup.ch launches the TOP 100 STARTUP AWARD in cooperation with the Handelszeitung and PME Magazine. From over 100.000 young companies, the 100 most innovative and promising Swiss startups are picked by top startup experts. The seventh edition of the TOP 100 Swiss startup ranking was disclosed on 6 September 2017 in front of 600 participants.
