Since its launch as an independent company in 2019, ImmuniWeb has remained cashflow positive, thanks to the continued support of its customers. The bootstrapped company closed 2023 on a high note, recording a 30 percent year-on-year sales growth and more than 200 new customers in over 50 countries.

ImmuniWeb is a self-funded cybersecurity company founded in 2019. The platform has been originally developed within High-Tech Bridge, a global provider of application security testing and risk scoring that was founded as a penetration testing boutique in 2007 in Geneva. First unveiled in 2014, the platform aimed to serve High-Tech Bridge’s growth ambitions.

ImmuniWeb is today a global application security company headquartered in Geneva. The company enables customers to discover, test, and protect their web and mobile applications, APIs and microservices, cloud and network infrastructure, and third-party systems processing corporate data.

The positive closing of 2023 set a new benchmark, as the company has reported an unprecedented 30% year-over-year sales growth while maintaining profitability and positive cash flow. The company’s client base has surged, adding nearly 200 new clients to its over 1,000 enterprise customers from more than 50 countries. In the same period, ImmuniWeb launched two AI-driven products for web and mobile security testing, further expanding its portfolio of over 20 cybersecurity, privacy and compliance use cases. With the receipt of the ISO 9001 certification, the company is poised to take its quality management to the next level. This success has been corroborated by ten awards for technical excellence and innovation, distinguishing it among top-tier cybersecurity firms.

ImmuniWeb has also enhanced its free Community Edition with an online email security test, now performing up to 300,000 scans on peak days. In an effort to educate and engage with the community, ImmuniWeb has initiated a weekly cyber law blog highlighting the successful operations of law enforcement agencies against cybercrime actors around the globe.

Dr Ilia Kolochenko, Chief Architect & Founder ImmuniWeb, says: “We are wholeheartedly grateful to all our customers and partners for their invaluable trust, support and inspiration to continually innovate and invent even better products and technologies. Our financial results for 2023 are solid evidence of ImmuniWeb’s competitiveness in the global market from both technical and business viewpoints.
