PROFImobility, a mobility service provider based in the Prague, Czech Republic is shifting to an app-based demand-responsive ridehailing service. The company will use the Bestmile platform to automate, digitize and scale its mobility service.
Bestmile, the provider of a fleet orchestration platform, has sealed a partnership with the Prague based PROFImobility that is transforming itself into digital mobility as a service business. While PROFImobility has a long history as a taxi provider, it is now shifting to an app-based door-to-door ridehailing solution using professional drivers and hybrid vehicle fleets, for both B2B and B2C services.
Bestmile will provide the technology to automate and optimize dispatching, ride-matching and routing. Bestmile’s Traveler App will enable passengers to book rides, including pooled rides for lower-cost trips, and to view vehicles and ETAs.

PROFImobility is launching in the Czech Republic capital of Prague with 300 vehicles providing both an individual ride service and a pooled van service, managed together thanks to Bestmile multiservice approach. With a strong vision and a cooperative relationship with the city of Prague, PROFImobility is becoming a key player in the shared mobility market and is already planning its expansion to other cities and countries.
