The podcast-language service "PodClub” of Migros Klubschule is used by hundreds of thousands of language learners annually. This voice service has now been expanded to include an app for mobile use.
Four months of app development went into making the "PodClub-App". From concept and design through iOS and Android native coding, backend work and finally the promotion phase of the app has been the job of Apps with love for this project. "We are proud of the final product, offering real value for smartphone users who wish to fresh-up and learn languages. The collaboration and communication within the project team of the Klubschule Migros has been rewarding and we've learned a lot from each other", writes the Apps with Love team in a press release.
The app contains new podcasts every second week, which can be saved to the mobile device for offline listening. Individual subscriptions with configurable push notifications when new episodes are available complete the product.
