Conarch

Real estate developers and architects can start new construction projects more efficiently with Conarch by automatically evaluating all the building regulations of their property. Currently, they have to individually search and manually evaluate the regulations on dozens of websites of building authorities for each new project. Approximately 200,000 construction projects in Switzerland alone are affected by this analog workflow annually. Conarch saves a minimum of 9 hours of effort per project and ensures that the feasibility planning of a property starts earlier. Our goal is to integrate AI into Conarch to calculate feasibility studies based on the wishes and regulations of the projects.
