BOB Best of Biotech finally takes off

Next chance to become a BOB winner! You got a great business idea in the area of biotech or medtech and are thinking about setting up a company? Then participate in the sixth edition of the Best of Biotech business plan competition and win great prizes (15 February – 7 March Registration for Phase 1).

 

The competition is divided into 2 stages: In phase 1, 15^th February to 15^th April, the three most innovative business ideas are identified and are awarded cash prize of € 1500 each. In phase 2 you can submit your business plan until July 29. The best 3 business plans and the best medtech project win prizes of € 15.000, € 10.000 and € 5.000.  Additionally you can receive intensive coaching on industrial property rights, market research, business strategy and finance.

 

BOB ("Best of Biotech - get your business started") is an international life science business plan competition organized by Life Science Austria (LISA), a program run by austria wirtschaftsservice on behalf of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth.

 

Who can participate?
Students, post-graduates, experienced scientists and other creative individuals who wish to translate their promising and marketable life science innovation into a business idea and a professional business plan.
