500.000 Customer Interactions on the Tweasy platform

Following a seed investment in June 2012, Tweasy has rapidly developed its platform and capabilities. Today the Neuchâtel_based startup announced a significant milestone: 500.000 customer interactions on its platform.

Tweasy allows businesses to engage with their customers on their smartphone, the web, facebook or by email. Customers can view news published by their preferred businesses and interact with them, for example by making a reservation, redeeming a coupon, sending a feedback or placing an order.
 
“The secret behind Tweasy’s success is the combination of simplicity and versatility. We offer businesses powerful tools to promote themselves and increase customer loyalty” says CEO José de Bastos. “We have made a special effort to simplify these tools so that anyone can use them”.
 
Following a seed investment in June 2012, the company has rapidly developed its platform and capabilities. Todwy Twasy announced that 500.000 customer interactions took place on its platform. The mobile application which was launched end of 2012 is rapidly becoming the preferred interaction channel for businesses.
 
What’s in store for the future? “We are focusing our efforts on creating partnerships to bring our solution to small businesses in Switzerland” says José de Bastos. “An example of such a partnership is the promotion of Tweasy by Swisscom. Indeed, our platform is ready to be sold on application marketplaces in other European countries and even in North America”.
 
Tweasy SA is a limited company that was established in 2010 and is based in Neuchâtel. Tweasy was awarded the CTI Start_up label in 2011.
