If you take a closer look at the participants of start-up events, there is a peculiar characteristic that most of them share: few women, many men. We will explore these questions in an interactive setting.

The social entrepreneurship scene may be a little better but in the end, it is still mostly men who dominate the field. Why is that so? What are implications? And what could be done to achieve a better balance?

We will explore these questions in an interactive setting with the support of Eleanor Tabi Haller-Jorden from Catalyst and Dania Gehrhardt from Amazee. Tabi is a world-renowned expert in the field of organizational inclusion and frequently speaks at top universities such as LSE, IMD, Yale and Columbia. Dania is co-founder of Amazee and has tremendously contributed to the development of the Swiss Start-up scene by hosting the WebMonday series as well as the Swiss Start-up Camp. Both are passionate entrepreneurs and will share their wisdom on the above questions before we launch into a deeper discussion among all participants to find some answers and potential solutions.
