Trade.io’s crypto-to-crypto exchange platform goes live

Trade.io is a Lugano based blockchain-based financial trading platform offering one-of-a-kind, customizable crypto-to-crypto exchange platform to provide offer tradable instruments such as BTC (Bitcoin), BCH (Bitcoin Cash), ETH (Ethereum), LTC (Litecoin), Trade.io’s TradeToken (TIO). The company also plans to roll out leveraged crypto products and fiat-to-crypto trading shortly

The platform is now available to 1,000 pre-selected users. Members of the public will get an opportunity to join at a later point. According to Trade.io, all new registrants will join a waiting list to start trading on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unlike other exchanges, trade.io promises to eliminate any downtime during system updates to avoid the loss of trading opportunities for exchange registrants. The exchange is backed by a $50 million liquidity pool to facilitate revenue sharing on a daily basis.

Since its establishment in 2017 and completion of an ICO in January this year, raising over 31 million USD, the company has been leveraging decades of experience in the investment banking, trading & FinTech sectors, combined with the power and transparency of the distributed ledger to create a  product that will revolutionize asset trading and investment banking industry. The startup also counts on the input from its community of Trade Token (TIO) holders who tested Beta version in June.

In addition to the crypto exchange, Trade.io has a consultancy and an investment program, as well as ICO services. It recently teamed up with China’s ViewFin, the company behind Metaverse platform that relies on the Proof of Work (PoW) protocol, to develop blockchain solutions in the fields of trading, investment banking, compliance, and risk management.
