Paying for subscription services using cryptocurrencies is yet to become the new normal thanks to the B2B back-end API solution developed by the Zurich based Ambrpay. The startup is offering this service on MyEtherWallet, the most popular Ethereum interfaces.

Ambrpay, a Zurich based FinTech startup incorporated in 2019, is a B2B company that uses smart contracts to enable companies to accept cryptocurrencies as subscription payments alternative to their customers. Following the completion of closed-beta pilots, the startup is now offering its solution on the market.

Through the partnership with MyEtherWllet (MEW), MEW's users will have access to subscription payments using Ambrpay’s API, which will allow them to set up recurring transactions to pay for a variety of services using their crypto funds. By collaborating with MEW, Ambrpay is able to offer its service to a B2C customer for customized and user-specific recurring transactions.

MEW is a suite of free, open-source, convenient solutions that allow users to interact with the Ethereum blockchain while remaining in full control of their keys and funds. MEW is one of the most popular Ethereum interfaces today, providing an active community of over one million individual monthly users with unprecedented access, multi-faceted integration possibilities, and comprehensive education.

“Partnering with one of the biggest access points to the Ethereum Blockchain will open a lot of doors for us. Our goal is to be the last payment gateway a business will integrate to accept cryptocurrencies for their services, even if they do not have any experience with cryptos,” said Evrim Kayaci, Co-founder of Ambrpay.

Pertaining to its future plans, Kayaci revealed that the company is planning on adding ERC20 Tokens and other cryptocurrencies to its list of supported payment options and the possibility to turn a customer’s cryptocurrency into a fiat of choice for the business.
