Incumbent companies continue to rely on Swiss startups to drive digital transformation. The partnership between Credit Suisse and proptech startup PriceHubble has resulted in the launch of two new digital real estate services. Genossenschaft Migros Ostschweiz is also providing its workers the Auxivo exoskeleton. Art Recognition and VRM Switzerland also signed new customers.

The strategic partnership between Credit Suisse, MoneyPark and PriceHubble has resulted in the launch of two new digital services allowing clients to value and sell property online. The resulting end-to-end customer journey emerges by combining digital banking, advisory and financing with exclusive real estate insights and analytics by PriceHubble and mortgage and real estate-related services by MoneyPark. Launched in July 2022, the Property Cockpit is accessible free of charge for all private clients of Credit Suisse domiciled in Switzerland through Online Banking and the CSX Mobile App.

PriceHubble is a Swiss B2B PropTech company that develops innovative digital solutions for the real estate industry based on property valuations and market insights. PriceHubble's product portfolio uses Big Data, cutting-edge analytics, and attractive visualizations to bring a new level of transparency to the market. In this way, the company enables its clients to make real estate and investment decisions based on the most precise, data-driven insights (such as valuations, market analyses, value forecasts, and building simulations) and to improve the dialogue with end consumers.

Art recognition joins Arte Generali
From October, Art Recognition will join ARTE Generali concierge service, a wide network of outstanding specialists offering innovative solutions for art. Inspired by almost 200 years of passion for art, ARTE Generali offers specialised art insurance solutions for clients’ art collections, valuables, and household and property portfolios. Art Recognition offers an all-in-one platform that uses artificial intelligence to evaluate the authenticity of art. The proprietary AI system uses photos of artists' paintings to learn their brushstrokes as a basis for judging a potentially controversial piece of art. The solution thus increases the transparency and integrity of the art market. The newly launched partnership gives clients of ARTE Generali access to the startup’s authentication service.

Migros workers to use Auxivo’s LiftSuit in logistics and warehouses
Auxivo develops exoskeletons to help industrial workers when performing physically demanding tasks. Its LiftSuit is a lightweight (< 0.9kg), textile exoskeleton that supports back and hip muscles when lifting objects from below hip level, or when working in a forward-leaning position. It is designed to reduce workload, muscle fatigue and exhaustion. Switzerland’s leading retailer Genossenschaft Migros Ostschweiz has implemented the solution. In addition to logistics, it is now also being used in the shops.

VRM Switzerland wins first customer in Germany
After Switzerland and Norway, VRM Switzerland, a provider of virtual reality-based helicopter simulators for professional pilot training and checking, has onboarded its first customer in Germany after receiving an EASA-qualified Airbus H125 FTD Level 3 at Meravo Helicopters. The Training Device enables H125 pilots to receive credits towards a CPL, type ratings, as well as licence and operator proficiency checks. With its 360° 3D panoramic view and a highly dynamic motion system, the device enables pilots to execute realistic scenario-based training to improve pilot competencies. Meravo will receive the lately implemented demonstration and upset recovery module.
