MobileIron providing security and management software for mobile devices in an entreprise environment has entered a strategic partnership with Adeya, a Morges (VD) based cybersecurity company. The two will integrate their best-of-breed technologies to address the recent surge in remote working and the critical market need for encrypted real-time collaboration solutions.

An increasing number of remote workers are turning to consumer collaboration apps to enable teamwork and business continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic. With remote working becoming prevalent, there is an increasing demand for secure and real-time collaboration solutions to protect the company’s messages, videos, and critically confidential information.

The cybersecurity company Adeya developed a military-grade secure communication and a collaboration platform that ensures the highest level of privacy and guarantees no third-party infiltration, cyber espionage, data-leakages, and regulatory breaches. Adeya conducts its R&D and product development at its headquarters in Morges. After a decade of serving international government and defence clients, the company is now bringing its technology to enterprises to shield them from cyberattacks.

The late-stage startup has now joined forces with MobileIront basein in Mountain View, California. MobileIron introduced the industry’s first mobile-centric, zero-trust enterprise security platform. The two have integrated their technologies to allow companies to manage and deploy Adeya’s end-to-end encrypted communication, collaboration and file-sharing solution through MobileIron’s unified endpoint management (UEM) platform.

IT administrators can meet advanced compliance requirements by securely containing the Adeya app on any device with MobileIron and add a layer of additional protection with MobileIron’s Tunnel per-app VPN. End-users, on the other hand, can seamlessly access the app to collaborate and connect with teammates while benefiting from private, end-to-end encrypted real-time voice and video calls, conference calls, SMS, instant messages, group chats and file exchanges on any device.

“Remote work has become ubiquitous in the Coronavirus era, and our strategic partnership allows organizations to quickly and easily respond to the growing cyber threats to their digital workplaces, during this extraordinary time,” said Samir Khosla, Chairman at Adeya.
