With completely redesigned availability, capacity control, ticket automation and a mobile app to manage the entire business from the palm of your hand, TrekkSoft now enables tour and activity vendors to go mobile. In addition the start-up has been awarded at PhoCusWright Europe.

TrekkSoft’s mobile app is part of a major redesign, the most significant upgrade of TrekkSoft to date. New availability algorithms replace “trip-based” logic. Merchants can select from three activity types – Attractions, Trips and Vouchers. Each type has a unique set of rules to accommodate various scheduling characteristics. Users are now able to associate different PDF receipts, tickets and certificates with specific activity types. Each PDF can be customized to show special fields and scannable QR codes.

With the release of the TrekkSoft mobile app, tour and activity vendors can now manage their business from virtually anywhere. The new iPhone application allows them to access the majority of the features that were previously available only by accessing the desktop admin portal.

  • Take Bookings and Accept Credit Cards with your Phone
  • Scan Tickets on Arrival
  • Manage Bookings, Refund Customers and Add Payments

In addition TrekkSoft has been selected as Runner-Up at PhoCusWright Europe – the Travel Innovation Summit featuring senior executives and key influencers from numerous sectors of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. The start-up excelled over 8 selected innovative companies.
