Swiss eSports start-up attracts Louis-Dreyfus twins as investors

Kyril Louis-Dreyfus caused a stir recently when he became owner of the football club AFC Sunderland. He and his twin brother Maurice, born 1998, are the sons of Margarita Louis-Dreyfus and the late Robert Louis-Dreyfus who were also active in the professional sports business as owners of Olympique Marseille and shareholders of Standard Lüttich. According to Forbes the family are worth over CHF5 billion. Maurice and Kyril Louis-Dreyfus have now joined Ovation eSports as seed investors

Ovation eSports is a Swiss team with players from the DACH region. OVA was founded February 2020 in Zurich. The athletes build the core of the organization. The aim is to accompany and develop athletes on their journey to become leading eSports players by creating a personalized plan for each athlete to help them reach their goals efficiently and sustainably. These targets go beyond good rankings in eSports disciplines. They include their education, their health in general and their social media presence – to just name a few. According to its website Ovation has already build the biggest and fastest growing eSports community in Switzerland with an international reach.
