Lean Day with Ash Maurya

For the first time Ash Maurya, author of Running Lean, will give a Lean Day in Switzerland. The entrepreneur and businessman will not only deliver the keynote speech, but will be available all day.

The Lean Innovation approach improves the success rate of start-ups, as entrepreneurs and investors learn earlier what works and what does not, and hence can act faster. However, simply using the tools does not result in increased effectiveness in itself. Lean Innovation requires a fundamental change of mindset in entrepreneurs and investors: away from unproven assumptions to facts through creative experimentation. The topic of Lean Innovation is a focus point for CTI Invest this year and the reason it is organising the Lean Day.

In addition to Ash Maurya, the mentors from pragmatic-solutions will lead the break-out sessions. All participants are invited to bring their own Lean Canvas to the event. The targeted participants comprise innovative start-ups, investors and supporters.
