Many impact-driven start-ups need competent people to complement their team and grow but don’t know how to find them. Impact Hub Zürich organizes programs supporting entrepreneurs to find two different kind of new team-members: talented interns and experienced professionals.
Summerpreneurship brings early stage impact-driven start-ups together with talented students who are looking for an exciting summer internship with a duration of 8-12 weeks (in the period between June and August 2015). An innovative education program complements the internship, making Summerpreneurship a mix between a summer school and internship for the students and a management learning journey for the start-ups.
Match.Me.Up! has another goal: This program brings start-ups together with skilled and experienced professionals needed for the company's long-term growth. Additionally, entrepreneurs will be able to participate in HR capacity building workshops offered by IBM to get prepared for the upcoming recruiting and on-boarding process.
