Immodating signed partnership with Groupe Bernard Nicod

The young company Immodating helps Real Estate Agencies to simplify the processing of tenant applications, thereby improve their relationship with tenants, and helps Tenant Candidates looking for a place in Suisse Romande more easily get their rental, among others by helping them prepare their rental application.
 
In its March 13th edition, AGEFI, the economic daily paper of French speaking Switzerland had Immodating in first page with a short extract. A longer article follows on page 8. The report explains what the start-up has to offer and how it is financed. But there is also exciting news: Immodating has signed a partnership with Groupe Nicod, a large real estate group. The web interface of Immodating, which aims at facilitating relations between agencies and tenants, is integrated to all websites of the 11 agencies in French-speaking Switzerland of the Group.
 
Immodating was launched in May 2012 and the partnership with Bernard Nicod SA is a great success for such a young company. But the start-up has already won other customers. Over 100 tenant applications for properties have been processed securely with partner agencies since launch. And the users are happy with the tool. 96% of rental candidates would recommend Immodating to other real estate agencies, writes the start-up on its website.
