Getronics announced today a strategic partnership with Nexthink. Getronics will deploy unmatched user centric IT services covering a wide spectrum of critical capabilities including transformation, security and proactive support.

Getronics, leading service provider in ICT infrastructure and outsourcing, today announced a strategic partnership with Nexthink, provider of end-user centric IT infrastructure monitoring and analytics. Getronics will leverage Nexthink’s patented technology as part of its Managed Services platform to deliver world class workplace transformation projects, proactive user-centric service management, extended end-user computing security compliance and infrastructure cost optimization services.

Nexthink monitors IT infrastructure in real-time from the end-user perspective. The company maps all the IT services delivered to end-users’ physical and virtual devices. It analyzes all relevant end-user events including IT infrastructure changes, application use, performance, bandwidth, failures, security issues, and workplace performance. Nexthink applies real-time enterprise-wide IT analytics to detect abnormal behavior.

Using Nexthink, Getronics is able to determine root cause for complex issues, discover security risks and threats and optimize the infrastructure costs in a way no one else can.

Nexthink allows Getronics to monitor the IT infrastructure from where it matters the most: the end- user workplace. Getronics can proactively detect performance issues in real-time, rapidly diagnose the root cause, understand the end-users impacted and resolve multiple issues simultaneously. This means Getronics is revolutionizing the traditional ticket-based support service to focus on maximizing its customers’ productivity, by proactively taking action to deliver what organizations have been looking for: maximum end-user workplace performance, cost effectiveness and extended security compliance.

“By integrating Nexthink as a key component of our technology framework, we are changing the game by proactively identifying and resolving performance issues from each end-user workplace and across the entire IT infrastructure,” says Manuel Sanchez, Director of Managed Services at Getronics. “Our customers will benefit from our ability to precisely plan and deliver complex transformation projects such as migrations, virtualization and roll-outs, while optimizing the IT infrastructure cost.”

“With Nexthink, Getronics is able to deliver a wide range of high value added services to existing and new customers to address the most challenging transformation projects while optimizing cost, maximizing performance and enforcing security,” says Franc_ois D’Haegeleer, VP Business Development and Alliances at Nexthink. “Nexthink’s commitment to leading MSPs and global systems integrators is to deliver more opportunities to drive growth and efficiency while continuously improving our customers’ experience.”

The Getronics family is an ICT Services group consisting of the Getronics and Connectis brands and is owned by the AURELIUS Group, a holding company headquartered in Munich, Germany. With an extensive history that extends over 125 years, the Getronics family has approximately 4,000 employees in 13 countries.

Nexthink was founded in 2004 and is based in Lausanne. The company was awarded the CTI start-up label in 2004.
