GRAPL empowers winemakers to sell Direct-To-Consumer

Wine tourism and tastings allow wineries to develop strong ties with their customers. However, building customer loyalty and increasing direct sales can be very complex. Online sales, logistic & administrative costs... There are many challenges. GRAPL's mission is to simplify direct sales for wineries and their international customers. Wineries can delegate without losing control of their prices, margins and customer data. On top of that, GRAPL offers full marketing support to help wineries building an active community and acquire new customers.

With the CHF 50'000 Digital Seed loan from FIT, GRAPL wants to increase its notoriety by reinforcing its marketing activities, sign up new wineries, and fine-tune its platform.

NyxAI provides businesses with cutting-edge generative AI

Generative artificial intelligence has undergone explosive progress in recent years, enabling computers to create images, text, and sound with increasing quality and realism. NyxAI provides an optimized platform that simplifies the training, deployment, and scaling of custom image generation models, making it possible for businesses to leverage the power of this technology. In particular, NyxAI makes it possible to create images of specific people or products.

By being faster and cheaper than the industry standard, the first version of their platform dreamlook.ai has garnered significant traction, with over 3’000 users. In the short term, NyxAI is focused on optimizing its generative AI infrastructure to deliver even better performance to its clients. The FIT Digital Grant of CHF 20’000 will be used to bridge funding between the current early stage and a round of venture capital fundraising planned for the second half of 2023. In the longer term, NyxAI plans to expand to video generation capabilities, leveraging the growing popularity of short-form videos such as YouTube Shorts or TikTok videos.

HoliYou: a self-care digital assistant to help conceive a baby stress-free

At 40 years old, more than half of the couples suffer from infertility and most of them move toward Assisted Medical Procreation (AMP), a complex, time consuming and stressful journey. HoliYou is a 360 smart digital platform offering personalized AI solutions and high-quality self-care programs to improve medical performance and reduce user stress, a high factor of AMP failure. HoliYou’s innovative and unique monthly predictive AMP cycle and medical agenda help couples and individuals to better apprehend their own journey (protocols, medical appointments, prescriptions and medical results) and improve chance of success.

The CHF 20’000 grant from FIT will be injected in the prototype planned between in the second half of 2023. “Our objective is to validate our solutions with early adopters from our hospital partner, prior to officially launch the app in September” says Eugénie Vellieux, co-founder & CEO.

Thot facilitates scientific data management

Data management is a tricky challenge, both in industry and academia. In industry, startups to multinationals struggle to create systems that allow their data to be searched and reused. This leaves more than 85% of the data produced to be used only once. Academia suffers from similar issues, but in the public sphere. This stems from a common problem: labelling data is hard yet essential in machine learning and data processing.

Thot solves this with a platform that makes labelling data easy and automates data organization and analysis. The software is currently beta-tested by four startups, and seven university research groups. Thot will be using the FIT Digital Grant of CHF 20'000 to focus on user acquisition and further validate its product-market fit.
