The European Start-up Monitor has started a new round of data collection for the second European Start-up Monitor 2016. The survey aims at providing transparency and improvements for the European start-up ecosystem. Start-ups from all sectors are requested to participate.

The European Start-up monitor is a project of the German Startups Association. The project gathers information about start-ups in the European ecosystem in collaboration with partners from all over Europe. The objective of the study is to promote transparency for the start-up environment, to identify country specific and common challenges of the start-up landscape in Europe as well as to show and highlight specific developments over time.

Given the success of the first European Startup Monitor 2015, which was published at the beginning of March 2016 based on a survey of more than 2,300 start-ups, the study is foreseen to be provided on an annual basis.

This study is addressed to start-up founders and managers in Europe and Israel from all sectors that are not older than 5 years and not older than 10 years for Biotech start-ups. The study will be absolutely anonymous.

The survey is supported by association and network partners including the Swiss Start-up Association (SSA). SSA was launched early this year to give Swiss Startups a strong voice in Switzerland and abroad, dedicated to championing and promoting the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Participation in the survey is possible until 30th June 2016. Click here to participate now.
