Pratik Mukerji is awarded the prestigious Pioneer Fellowship of ETH Zurich for optimizing electric mobility systems. The duration of a Pioneer Fellowship is a minimum of one year.

ElectricFeel Mobility Systems GmbH was founded in 2012 as a spin-off from an urban mobility research project at ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) and is based in Zurich, Switzerland. The company merges the ideas of networked mobility sharing with light electric vehicles to drastically improve the efficiency of urban transportation. To realize the scaling of the ElectricFeel platform into large city networks, the spin-off works together with renowned labs from ETH Zurich.

Pratik Mukerji, co-founder and CTO of ElectricFeel, is awarded a Pioneer Fellowship from ETH Zurich. Pioneer Fellowships are a newly established internal research-funding instrument and are awarded to an individual or groups of individuals intending to independently develop a highly innovative product or service to be exploited commercially and/or for the benefit of society. They are the result of a competitive process to ensure the innovation potential of the successful application. The fellowships are not awarded for basic research, but must be based on the applicants own, previous research.

Pioneer Fellowships are jointly funded by the ETH Zurich, the ETH Zurich Foundation and the Hasler Foundation ("Hasler Innovation" program).
