This year’s edition of Brennpunkt Nahrung conference highlights the topic Brennpunkt Nahrung 4.0. Startups from agricultural foodstuffs industry are invited start-ups with innovations to submit their applications to present their business model, product or service to more than 300 participants. Deadline closes on 16 March.
Brennpunkt Nahrung specialist conference strives to strengthen the sustainable supply of foodstuffs, while simultaneously contributing to Switzerland’s competitiveness as a location for production and processing. The event offers a platform where high-level groups of experts including decision-makers along the entire value creation chain in the Swiss agricultural and food industries come together to share their knowledge and experience. This year's topic is: Brennpunkt Nahrung 4.0 and sheds light on the market change in the agro-food industry through digitization, IoT, Industry 4.0 or the digital transformation in retail.
Innovative start-ups have the opportunity to present their company to over 320 participants on their own stand in the exhibition area free of charge. In addition, a guided start-up session with a group of participants will take place in the afternoon. Start-ups will benefit from access to a high-quality network within the agricultural and food industry and a raised profile due to communication in the programme, conference documentation and on the Brennpunkt Nahrung website.
Startups which have been founded between 2013 and 2018 and have solutions related to Agro-Food value chain are invited to submit their application via email until Friday, March 16, 2018. Applicants are required to present their business model on a maximum of one A4 page, including the date on which the start-up was founded and information about the amount of capital invested.
