A New Competition for Swiss Fintech Startups

August 27th at SIX Convention Point in Zurich, Swiss Finance + Technology Association (Swiss FinteCH) officially launches with its open, neutral FinTech contest Swiss FinTech Pitch. 10 companies will be selected to pitch and get feedback from top entrepreneurs and investors. Entries are limited to wealth and asset management, (re)insurance, alternative investments, payments and blockchain, ICT for financial services, and other categories upon review. The top prize is a place in the FinTech Trade Mission to NYC in September and 10,000 CHF to help pay for travel and expenses for the team. Runner up will get 5,000 CHF.

Applications for the competition are now open. Startups can apply here . The deadline is August 24th, 2015.

Swiss FinTech Pitch is the competition for the best #swissfinteCH. Beyond the awards available, it offers opportunities for the 10 companies participating to get feedback from judges and the audience, local and international media coverage, exposure to leading investors, and access to top corporate partners.
