Software Lead for early stage startup

We're looking for a team member to lead the software development for our front- and backend. We want you to take an active role in contributing your skills to creating solutions for the problems we try to solve.
What we're looking for:

Polyglot: you're capable in different programming languages and can easily adapt.
Full-Stack: you need to navigate both frontend and backend.
Proactivity: lots of to-do's will come up unexpectedly. We want you to bring in your ideas and solutions and take part in developing the company.
Creative mania: we're trying to build something awesome and we're looking for people who maniacally use their skills on building creative solutions.
Experience: your CV, years of experience, etc. isn't as important to us as your motivation and your skills.
Willing to relocate: the company is located in Paris, France and we want you to be there as well. We will benefit from having the team work at one place, which is why we don't offer remote work.

Your responsibilities:

Leading software development: this refers mainly to building the software for our products, but also managing the user interfaces like web and app.
Collaborate with team members from hardware and fashion.

We're at an early stage, so there will be unforeseen developments which we'll have to solve creatively. Roles won't be as clear cut as in large corporations, but we're working on something special and we want to find people that have the same kind of excitement that we have.
