Exiting GTM opportunity at Zurich-based B2B SaaS Startup Lynks

We are seeking an innovative and proactive co-builder to join our team and drive our go-to-markets efforts. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to take on new challenges, and capable of making a significant impact on our growth path.

**Location**: Zurich (min. 3-days in-office)

**💎 Your responsibilities:**

As a full-cycle Account Executive, you manage the sales process from beginning to end. You are aware of how B2B buying behaviours have shifted and the effect this has on your role as a salesperson.

- **Lead Generation & Demand Creation:** Identify prospects and generate leads through a strategic mix of cold outreach, content marketing, digital campaigns, and innovative inbound strategies. This role involves leveraging our existing database for targeted outreach and exploring new channels and tactics to attract and engage potential customers.
- **Sales Process & GTM Execution:** Collaborate closely with the founding team and other key stakeholders to refine and execute the sales process and GTM plans.
- **Sales Narrative & GTM Messaging:** Independently craft and evolve compelling sales narratives and GTM messaging that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring clear communication of Lynks' unique value proposition across all customer touchpoints.
- **Strategic GTM Development:** Spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with Lynks' growth objectives and target market segments. This involves understanding market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscapes to position Lynks effectively in the eCommerce ecosystem.
- **Content & Sales Enablement Materials:** Lead the creative development and continuous refinement of sales enablement and marketing materials, ensuring they are tailored to various stages of the customer journey.

**👀 Who are you?**

- 2+ years of experience in client acquisition
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Adaptable and proactive in facing diverse tasks and challenges
- Driven by self-motivation and determination in sales, with a focus on long-term success
- Views rejections as learning opportunities, aiming to align victories with client goals
- Proficient in CRM systems, sales tools, and leveraging data for strategy refinement
- Quick to embrace new technologies, including AI, for a competitive edge
- Curious learner and knowledge sharer, fostering a collaborative learning environment
- Exceptional communicator, capable of independent operation
- Fluent in Swiss German, German, and English
- Bonus point: Experience in eCommerce

**Practical requirements**

- You are willing to come to our Zurich office min. 3 days/week;
- You have valid Swiss work permit;
- You can speak Swiss German and have excellent written and spoken German language skills (level C2);
