4th Technical Cofounder
We're a young, enthusiastic, and skilled three-person team (1 Tech, 1 Business, 1 Both) that will reshape the way legal advice is handled in insurances. Ailegis is currently on the verge of closing its first customers, which include some of the biggest legal protection insurances in the DACH-region. Besides that, we're currently setting up our first financing round, which will enable us to start this exciting journey and expand our team.
Now, we need another founders team boost. For our product development and other technical tasks, we are looking for a motivated person who is enthusiastic about joining us in turning the legal and insurance industry upside down with the latest technology!
Qualifications:
- You have a graduate degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, etc.) or equivalent industry experience. A Ph.D. in a relevant area is a big plus.
- At least one, preferably several years of industry experience in backend, and/or ML engineering. Frontend engineering and design experience are a plus.
- You have experience and strong skills with both functional and object-oriented programming in at least one of Python, R, C++, Rust, Java, TypeScript, etc.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, ideally previous startup experience.
- Other extracurricular activities like volunteering or achievements, for example, ML/AI, computer science or math competitions, are a plus.
- Enthusiastic about and skilled at systematic problem-solving and using and potentially learning whatever tools (e.g. APIs like OpenAI API or own models) are best for solving our clients challenging problems in the AI legal tech space.
- Additional bonus qualifications include Prompt Engineering, Cybersecurity, Testing, Continuous Integration, server infrastructure, algorithms relevant for NLP and recommendation systems, and experience in the legal tech or related spaces.
