About: Olga is responsible for the New Business Factory attracting startups worldwide to collaborate with ABB Motion as well as incubating internal ideas.

Prior to that, Olga co-founded QualySense AG in 2010, one of the successful Swiss start-ups in agri-tech, serving it as a CFO for 10 years. During her term, the company won all stages of Venture Kick, raised more than CHF 20 million in funding, won the TOP 100 Swiss Startup Award for 5 consecutive years, and represented the Swiss National Startup Team in China and Silicon Valley. Today, Olga shares her know-how in entrepreneurship, financial planning, fundraising, strategic marketing, leadership and personal development as a coach and a trainer at Venturelab Innosuisse program.
