Most companies focus on their external branding and care more about what others think of them than the opinion of their employees. However, in the long run, it is their internal reputation that matters the most.

Learning and development are continuously ranked as number one benefit an employer can provide. L&D is one of the most meaningful ways that companies can engage and motivate people who work for them. It is also an excellent tool for attracting fresh talent.

In this session, we will look at some of the most successful learning and development initiatives and how they reinforce employer branding. We will discuss the ways your company can leverage its resources to provide a great learning experience for its employees and build a stronger brand for itself.

Abut the speaker
Marta Sukhno is the E-Learning Project Leader of a well known Swiss watch brand.

As part of the international training team, she is supporting various markets with online training for the retail staff worldwide. From developing and implementing engaging e-learning content to LMS administration and translation management, her task is to ensure that all retail employees receive excellent training whenever they need it.
