Both Vincent and Alexandre specialize in corporate law. 
Vincent gained hands on experience in setting up and managing sales and distribution networks while working for the Audemars Piguet group and now regularly advises clients in this field.

Alexandre has developed a strong focus on advising start-up companies in their contractual strategies and also teaches legal strategy at the EPFL Executive MBA program.
