Call for Applications: Innosuisse Scale-up Coaching
Innosuisse Scale-up Coaching supports innovative and science-based start-ups with very high growth potential to help them sharpen and implement their growth strategy. The programme grants a voucher worth up to CHF 75,000 for personalised coaching sessions and targeted networking for up to 24 months. Registration is open until 2nd October.
After creating a solid start-up foundation and establishing market access, the challenge to grow the business in a sustainable way remains. Setting up scalable processes and defining an efficient organisational structure are key to achieving successful growth.
In the Scale-up Coaching programme, participants will select and work with a small team of Innosuisse-accredited coaches from various backgrounds, who will provide them with support on how to scale their business and overcome related challenges. Furthermore, teams will have the opportunity to receive advice from a wide range of specialist coaches on matters such as intellectual property, legal issues, fundraising and investor relations, organisational growth and scaling, and more.

Formal criteria:

Start-up was incorporated in Switzerland within the last five years or the last ten years in justified cases (e.g. time-intensive life science start-ups)

Start-up employs five or more full-time equivalent staff members
Assessment criteria:
- Innovative and science-based business model
- Past growth performance and stage of maturity
- High growth rate and high growth potential
- Defendable product/service
- Ambitious and committed team
