The ZHAW and the EPFL Innovation parks have launched a program that educates interested business angels about all facets of becoming a start-up Board Member.

The program is structured in 5 sessions and will be held from 2 to 6 PM on the following dates:  April 16th, April 30th, May 8th, May 30th and June 11st. The venue is kindly hosted by our partner, Zürcher Kantonalbank.

A testimonial from Kathrin Puhan, Purpose Economist & Consultant, Investor and participant from the Startup Board Academy 2017 comments on the training:

“Pragmatic approach, very insightful and fuelled with real case studies and discussions. The programme covers the main topics and provides a good overview of the standing rules. Virginie Verdon and Jacques Hefti are both very experienced when it comes to assessing a situation and deciding on the next steps under pressure. In addition, I appreciated the networking opportunities with the startups - finally invested in one of them and will be part of the journey. Thanks to the training organisers I could jump at that chance on the spot."
