ABCD Technology Sarl is Swiss company specialized in multi-element complex oxide thin film deposition equipment based on Chemical Beam Epitaxy (CBE) technique. Several improvements on effusing source and reactor designs have been patented, allowing very precise control on growth conditions to achieve multi-elements materials even on very large substrates (6", 8", and possibly even larger for special designs) without substrate rotation. Our unique solution results from the combination of oriented beams of chemical precursors in high vacuum (Chemical Beam Epitaxy CBE) with beam irradiation (light, ions, electrons, or further chemical precursors) to modify selectively the material properties during the growth and achieve embedded 3D structures. FIrst devices are underway.
