Dynetix provides Lable-free Biosensors for food, water and other industry testing. The company was acquired by SDK AG, a start-up founded 2010 in Landquart.

SDK BioTechnologies acquired all the assets of Dynetix, in Landquart, a company providing Lable-free Biosensors for food, water and other industry testing. Dynetix will bring instruments for biochemical food testing to the decentralized production site and will detect multiple biochemical contamination in the early steps of the food production chain. Dynetix will focus on liquid food, in particular dairy products and water.
 
SDK BioTechnologies AG was founded in Landquart, Graubunden, in May of 2010. The company also is incorporated in California – USA, where it keeps an office in Berkeley. The company has currently 4 employees and a collaboration with a Swiss Research and Development group CSEM SA. Initial seed investment was provided by Ecosystem Ventures, a Swiss-American fund.
 
SDK develops enabling, high value added solutions for pre-clinical research and clinical diagnostics through the integration of innovative design, advanced materials and outstanding engineering. SDK’s technology will shorten the development time, improve the efficiency and lower the price per data point of present and future medical tests.
