Nexthink, the leading provider of real-time: monitoring and analytics for IT Infrastructure from the end-user perspective, announced today that it is expanding its presence in Asia through the recruitment of partners in India. Nexthink is reinforcing its commitment to help partners deliver successful IT projects to improve their business end-user’s IT experience, by establishing relationships with leading systems integrators and resellers in India.

With sales, pre-sales and support teams based in Pune, Nexthink is currently working with an Indian subsidiary of the Mannai Corporation. As of a result of the successful implementation of pilot projects, Nexthink is investing in additional resources in Mumbai to support its growing customer base.

As part of the initiative to increase its presence in the region, Nexthink is sponsoring the Gartner Symposium/ITXpo 2012 in Goa, and will demonstrate its solutions in the Emerging Technologies pavilion.

Nexthink helps IT departments provide superior service levels and support to business end-users through its unique real-time: monitoring and analytics of the IT infrastructure from the end-user perspective. All relevant end-user configurations, activities, events, connections, bandwidth, abnormalities and errors are continuously and globally monitored. Nexthink’s patented technology gives instant full visibility into your end-users’ challenges and adds a new vantage point that compliments existing IT tools.

"The Indian market will play a pivotal role in the overall growth of IT projects in the next several years," said Yassine Zaied, EVP Middle East and Emerging Markets at Nexthink. "Indian IT leaders are faced with increasing pressure to deliver better services, comply with drastic compliance and security rules, and they need to ensure the success of their IT projects while driving costs down. With Nexthink, IT departments understand how their end-users are interacting with the IT infrastructure at any time, which enables them to properly plan, execute and monitor their IT projects and avoid costly assumptions and mistakes."

"We are pleased to partner with Nexthink and we see a strong growth potential for our joint solutions across the region," said Mr. K. Venugopalan, President of Techsignia Solutions, Indian subsidiary of Mannai Corporation. "Nexthink has been a tremendous asset in our customer engagements."
