Nexthink, the unique provider of End-user IT Analytics, today announced 60% year-on-year growth in 2014 and continuing momentum into 2015 with its flagship event Analytics’15.

Nexthink End-user IT Analytics continues to resonate with customers as they look for solutions that provide “Outside-In,” from end-user to IT service, operational intelligence. Nexthink has over 500 customers globally, who continue to expand their usage by adding new modules and integrating end-user analytics with existing processes to make smarter decisions.

“Nexthink is committed to providing innovation that revolutionizes IT operations,” said Pedro Bados, CEO/President and Co-founder of Nexthink. “At Analytics’15 we saw many examples from system integrators, MSPs and customers using Nexthink’s real-time analytics to gain insights into their business technology from the end-user perspective, which enables IT operations and security in a whole new way.”

Customer Satisfaction. Nexthink achieved a 99% customer renewal rate, and satisfaction rating of 8.32 on a scale of 0-10 with 10 being highest.

Industry Recognition. In 2014 Nexthink was named by Gartner a Cool Vendor in APM and ITOA and was recognized by CRN and Red Herring Top 100 Europe.

Partner Momentum. Approximately 90% of new customer revenue is from partners. During 2014 Nexthink entered into new technology relationships with leading MSPs CompuCom, Getronics, HCL, Tech Mahindra and Wipro. In addition, Nexthink entered into a reseller relationship with LANDESK as part of the LANDESK One program.

Analytics’15 Sold-Out. Continuing momentum into 2015 Nexthink’s flagship event Analytics’15, held in Geneva January 13-15, in only its second year grew by over 100%. With over 400 attendees the conference brought together ITOA thought leaders from around the world to share innovative use of analytics that transform IT operations, security and governance.
