A company from Norway has integrated the solution from the Swiss start-up in its career website. Applicants can have a look at the teams behind the vacancies. In Switzerland several well–known companies such as SBB are already using Eqipia’s social recruiting platform.

Equipa is a social recruiting platform that let employers show the team behind the job ad. The recruiter invites his employees to share their education, professional background etc. by synchronizing with Xing, Linkedin and Facebook. The applicant learns more about his future colleagues and can decide if he can imagine working with them.

The start-ups announced recently Puzzlepart as its first client outside Switzerland using Eqipia to enhance its recruiting process. Puzzlepart is a self-financed and owner-run Norwegian game changer in enterprise software and currently looking for SharePoint Developers, SharePoint Architects, Business Analysts and SharePoint Cloud Pros. Eqipia is embedded in Puzzlepart’s career website so that applicants can see the team behind the job advertisement and discover mutual contacts with their future

Eqipia was founded in 2012 by Patrick Mollet and Markus Popp. Mollet has founded several start-ups in the last ten years e.g. Studimedia and Metaxis. Markus Popp was Founder and several years CEO of Tilllate which he sold to Tamedia.
