Applications open for HSG Founder of the Year Award and HSG Entrepreneurial Talents Program

The Jackstädt-Award “HSG Founder of the year” honours a unique, innovative, sustainable, and successful start-up of a HSG-affiliate. To apply candidates have to hand in a business description focusing on their USP, their (financial) performance, achievements and an outlook on their expected performance within the next year.

The following criteria are relevant for the selection process:

• Level of innovation of the business model (transaction volume, charges, and marketing model)

• Innovative approach to the customer benefit

• A unique selling proposition

• Integration of partners in the value-added process

• Sustainability of the business venture

• Market potential and economic growth opportunities

HSG Entrepreneurial Talents Program
Through the support of the Dr. Werner Jackstädt Foundation, we offer scholarships to young entrepreneurs. The Dr. Werner Jackstädt scholarships for young entrepreneurs include a financial and an intangible component for a period of four months.

Support includes:

• Funding for individuals in the early seed stage, 4.000 CHF

• 24/7 access to Startup offices

• Coaching trough employees of the HSG Startup Lab and external experts

• Support in business model development

• Access to the Startup@HSG Network

• Contact to investors and funding programs

• Membership in the HSG Entrepreneurial Talents Pool

• Support for integration into the regional and national startup scene
