Our expertise in this domain stems from a deep level understanding of the science behind sound, which is embodied in our people, intellectual property and know-how. Our business model is based on licensing. We license our core electroacoustic technology to best-in-class device integrators. They apply this technology to the development of innovative, HD-PA-compliant audio engines, silicon microphones and in-ear audio modules. End-product developers may use these components to enable HD-PA-compliant sound performance and features in their products by entering into a simple licensing agreement with us. This license also provides access to proprietary computer-aided-design and manufacturing tools, as well to technical services and applications engineering support. Innovative technology, combined with integrated components and extensive capabilities in end product design and manufacturing provide us with a unique ability to add significant value to our customers’ business in personal audio, and to help them exploit an emerging market opportunity for technologically differentiated wearable sound solutions.
