Swiss Fintech Awards: finalists brace themselves for the finale

The jury of the Swiss Fintech Awards has revealed the finalists in the competition. Aidonic and Legartis are competing in the category early-stage startup of the year while Instimatch Global and Securosys the Growth stage category. On 12th March, the winners will be awarded.

In the morning of 12 March, experts, decision-makers and various players in the fintech ecosystem will gather at the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute, for the FinTech conference 2020 under the motto «Data Driven Finance». In the evening the guests will witness the awarding of the winners of the Swiss Fintech Awards, one of the most significant accolades in the fintech sector. The award is bestowed onto early- and growth-stage startups with not only outstanding innovations but also contribute to the development of the industry. Four startups that have convinced the jury to this end will take the stage for the last time to prove their excellence as they compete for the final prize. 

The four finalists are:

Early Stage Start-up of the Year

AIDONIC - developed a mobile app powered by blockchain to increase transparency in donations field. Founded in 2019 in Zug, the startup built a token-based peer2peer ecosystem that securely connects donations from sources worldwide directly to the beneficiaries in need. So far, pilot projects have been successful.

Legartis - offers a SaaS-solution which enables companies to identify, classify and understand contracts within seconds. The startup built one of the most advanced artificial intelligence platforms with a unique multilingual approach and robust security which makes the work of legal teams seamless.

Growth Stage Start-up of the Year

Instimatch Global - built the leading digital marketplace for money market products based on the latest Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).  Besides ist more than 80 clients from 14 countries, the startup recently became active in the Middle East after acquiring the Gulf Bank in Kuwait as a client and joining the Qatar Financial Centre.

Securosys - designs, produces and distributes hardware, software and services that protect and verify data and their transmission. Its flagship product, Primus Hardware Security Module is used to protect the Swiss banking system SIC, blockchain and crypto assets solutions, and Public Key Infrastructure System.
