After a first intensive phase, 17 start-ups enrolled in the Innosuisse Scale-up Coaching programme, were able to demonstrate their past growth performance and present an ambitious but achievable future growth strategy. They received the Innosuisse Scale-up Award and can now access the second phase of the programme to further accelerate their growth with support of specialised Innosuisse coaches.

The Scale-up Coaching programme is aimed at young companies with high growth potential and primarily aims to boost them by helping them refine and implement their growth strategy. After an initial intensive phase of about three months, the startups enrolled in the programme presented their objectives and concept for commercial growth to a committee of experts and representatives of the Innosuisse Innovation Council.

Out of 20 startups participating in Phase 1 of the programme, 17 were positively evaluated and received the Scale-up Award. They demonstrated their past growth performance and presented an ambitious and achievable future growth strategy. The program will help them grow in Switzerland and to expand into new global markets. Specialised coaches will help them on topics such as organisational growth and scaling, regulatory affairs, fundraising and investor relations. In addition, the teams can benefit from Innosuisse’s internationalisation offers during the 24-month period of the coaching programme.
