Parashift, grosser deutscher partner
Based in Basel, with 40 employees, Parashift AG is a deep-tech company focused on autonomizing document extraction through machine learning. The company has entered a partnership with d.velop, a leading German platform provider of software for digitising document-related business processes. The collaboration is based on the companies’ joint strategy to support organisations in digitising and automating their document processes and is part of a comprehensive AI initiative of d.velop. As part of the “Documents Intelligence Strategy” for the flexible integration of leading AI technologies and thus for usability in the products and apps on the d.velop platform, the content services provider wants to make the latest Deep Learning and Large Language approaches directly usable in a scaling manner to its corporate customers and millions of private users:inside already in the standard. Products from d.velop are currently used daily by more than 13,350 business customers with over 3.25 million users. In fiscal year 2022, d.velop generated around 100 million euros in sales and increased cloud sales by 120 percent compared to the previous year.

Aisot and its partner launch a new finance product
Aisot Technologies AG, a leading provider of AI solutions for asset management, and MRB Fund Partners AG (MRB), experts in the structuring and managing of sophisticated investment products, are working together to facilitate the introduction of fully automated investment products for institutional investors. As a first product of their collaboration, aisot and MRB have introduced a fully AI-driven Crypto AMC (Actively Managed Certificate), a bankable and transferable investment product with a Swiss ISIN code, enabling qualified investors worldwide to participate safely in the crypto market.

Aisot’s AI platform provides the underlying technology for the new AMC, integrating various features such as cryptocurrency volatility forecasts, robust covariance estimates, factor models of cryptocurrency returns, and robust backtesting. The objective of the AMC is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in a systematic basket of crypto coins and tokens, selected, adjusted, and rebalanced through a mix of mean-variance optimisation and return views derived from Aisot Technologies’ proprietary artificial intelligence engine. The certificate is a world-first and a new addition to the AMC landscape in Europe.
