AppAware is a Social Network for apps and games on smartphones. It is developed by a company called 42matters.
The market-disrupting release of Apple’s iPhone and Google’s Android phones established a new way to deliver mobile applications from developers to consumers. However, the tremendous growth of apps (roughly 600,000 apps for Android today, 1,200 new apps per day) makes it difficult for consumers to find the best and newest applications.
AppAware offers an innovative solution to solve this problem by monitoring what consumers install and aggregating this data in real-time, showing the most popular apps of friends, or the apps installed in a particular city.
