LeadiNNg to Scale-up

Together with IMD’s expert entrepreneurship professors, the program has been designed based on feedback from successful scale-ups specifically to support the next generation of fast-growing tech companies.
Over 10 sessions, you will have the opportunity for deep exchanges and reflections with IMD professors and experienced scale-up
entrepreneurs who will share their own experiences. Over the course of six months, you will develop a network of ambitious peers facing similar challenges, get advice from successful entrepreneurs and prepare yourself to grow with your company.
The program is designed for the CEOs of innovative tech companies with an ambition to scale. The selection criteria are the following:
- The company should employ at least 8 people,
- have raised a significant Seed Round (>1M CHF)
- and be planning a Series A (or have just closed it).
- The program is industry agnostic.
The selection is made based on the eligibility criteria and an interview with IMD. Priority will be given to companies based in Vaud (or planning to incorporate in Vaud in the near future) however, several slots will be reserved for companies outside Vaud and Switzerland.
We will confirm your participation after selecting the complete class of participants (max 20). Your admission will finally be confirmed after receipt of the payment.
FEES CHF 9’900.-
A scholarship is available for a limited number of Vaud-based companies CHF 4’950.-
