18 herausragende Startups am ersten SEF.Award Campus Day

Der Swiss Economic Award wird 2017 bereits zum 19. Mal vergeben. Nun hat das Swiss Economic Forum mit dem Campus Day eine wichtige Neuerung beim traditionsreichen Preis eingeführt. Neben der Präsentation der 18 besten Bewerber für den diesjährigen Award, gibt es unter anderem ein Keynote-Referat von Eduard Bugnion, Startup-Gründer, EPFL-Professor und designierter Innosuisse Verwaltungsrat.

Biowatch wins in Visa’s Everywhere Initiative

Biowatch’s vein recognition technology won them € 25’000 in the Visa Everywhere Initiative, which was held for the first time in Europe. The pitch competition was kicked-off at the World Mobile Congress. Biowatch also qualified for the larger European competition which awards €50’000 and the opportunity to work with Visa.

Blockchain start-up Lykke raises CHF2 million

Lykke, a Swiss Fintech company building a global blockchain-powered marketplace, recently completed a three-week public offering of a deliverable 1-year forward equity contract. The offer, which was oversubscribed, garnered 2 million CHF for the company and added more than 340 new investors.
