The company also has a unique founding team with a lot of experience in both airline documentation as well as growing small businesses globally”, says Markus Oswald.

Rainer Hiltebrand to join advisory board
To further deepen the expertise of the team, Rainer Hiltebrand will join Yonder’s advisory board. Rainer Hiltebrand, a former airline captain, has a distinguished career in the aviation industry. He served as COO of Zurich Airport before becoming COO at Swiss International Air Lines and eventually CEO at Lufthansa Aviation Training.

Yonder is a Switzerland based Documentation-as-a-Service provider in the aviation industry that helps airline operators master their documentation and compliance challenges. Instead of static operation manuals, Yonder delivers dynamic manuals: the right information, at the right time, for the right role. Customers include the Swiss Air Force and Edelweiss Air, a member or the Lufthansa Group.

Yonder was founded by Thomas Vogel, Marc Rauch, Alexander Skrabal, and Christoph Mächler. All founders have an aviation background with Thomas Vogel and Marc Rauch having helped grow Xovis globally. Alexander Skrabal and Christoph Mächler have over 15 years of experience in developing documentation solution for airlines with Christoph still being an active long-haul captain.
