The Zurich based Swiss Start-up Factory AG (SSUF) and the Young Entrepreneurs Club at the University of St. Gallen (YEC) join forces to empower the potential of young Swiss entrepreneurs. The cooperation will take place on different levels with a strong focus on the YEC’s latest Project: the YEC Incubator.

The YEC Incubator provides students with the unique opportunity of founding their own startup over the course of one semester; get support from experienced startupers, developers and mentors; as well as the chance to present their prototype and business idea in front of leading business angels and investors. The first cohort of this project will start in the first week of March 2015. The Swiss Start-up Factory AG will be a strong partner during this project and provide the participating students with great workshops and mentoring throughout the whole program.

The YEC Incubator is a pre-stage program where students gather entrepreneurial experience and come up with a first very basic prototype. To provide the proof of concept and to take the startup to the next level students will need to win potential investors and/or incubators, such as the Swiss Start-up Factory AG.

Furthermore, the Swiss Start-up Factory AG will also support the Cofoundme platform, a joint venture of the YEC and the ETH Entrepreneur Club, that matches startups with potential cofounders/team members.
