KB Medical SA appoints Jean-Marc Wismer as their new CEO

Jean-Marc Wismer brings 25 years of experience in international growth management and financing in the field of medical devices. Formerly executive with Medtronic, Wismer has held various executive positions in high-technology companies, the latest as cofounder and CEO of Sensimed where he continues serving as a member of the board of directors. During his eight years with Sensimed, Mr. Wismer raised over $50 million in equity and led the company to deploy its technology to markets around the globe. Jean-Marc holds an MSc in electrical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and an MBA from the IMD, Lausanne.
