The first cohort of startups attending the inaugural NOAH conference from 22 - 23 September 2020 in Zurich has been revealed. The eighteen startups will have the chance to meet a global audience during the two-day event.

NOAH Conference, which also takes place in Berlin and London, is now coming to Switzerland. Noah is a two-day event bringing together top investors, corporates, Family Offices, startups and service-providers to gain deeper insights on the latest proven concepts and to network and form new business relationships.

The upcoming event in Zurich organised in partnership with digitalswitzerland, aims to attract investors from abroad and to connect them with Swiss deep-tech startups. The plans for the Zurich conference are now becoming more solid as new announcements are made. Firstly, the event date has been fixed: from 22 - 23 September 2020, guests will convene at The Circle in Zurich to witness the inauguration of NOAH in Switzerland. The event offers a buffet of activities from keynote speeches from leading digital shapers to networking with some of Switzerland’s leading startups.

Secondly, the conference committee has announced the selected startups that will participate in the event.

They include:

Allthings – developed a digital platform that connects tenants, property owners and service providers to increase transparency in buildings and tenant satisfaction.

Chronext – a platform for buying and selling luxury watches

Flyability – the recently crowned the winner of the Top 100 Swiss startup Award, the startup builds and commercializes safe drones for the inspection and exploration of indoor, inaccessible, and confined spaces.

Loanboox – developed an independent debt capital platform that simplifies the comparability of interest rates and legal clauses to allow borrowers to close deals with banks and institutional investors online.

QualySense - develops high-end sorting solutions for grains, seeds and beans sorting based on space technologies and artificial intelligence.

Scandit – offers barcode-scanning software technology powered by machine learning

Streamr – is a blockchain-backed data platform developing a single interface for real-time data delivery and payment platform.

Teralyticsis building a platform to provide advanced mobility analytics powered by telecom network data.

VIU – designs and commercializes handmade designer eyewear at an almost unbeatable price in the Germany speaking markets in Europe and other yet to be launched markets.

Wingtra – the ETH spin-off developed WingraOne, a fixed-wing survey and mapping drone with vertical Take-off and landing (VTOL) capabilities.

Faction manufactures high-performance freeride and freestyle skis as well as a full range of backcountry gear and technical outerwear.

Coople (SaaS) – is an on-demand staffing platform with over 300,000 registered workers worldwide

Sailogy – the Ticino based startup aims to make sailing holidays simple and accessible to everyone.

Scout24 – is one of the leading online marketplaces in Switzerland offering platforms for trading cars and motorcycles, real estate, jobs and classifieds.

The established Swiss companies such as Avaloq and getAbstract as well as the Israel based Orcam will also be participating in the conference.
