Data science and related technologies have made tremendous progress in recent years due to the potential of transforming the way banks and financial institutions serve customers, make decisions and process data in the future. Founded in 2016, the Zurich based startup, Knowledge Lab specializing in consulting, software development and data science for banks and financial institutions, set the mission to accelerate the transformation towards data-driven value chains. The company provides proven banking and engineering expertise and knowledge in data science and design to support its customers in achieving their digitalization goals.

We are convinced that our understanding of the banking industry, combined with our technical capabilities and interdisciplinary know-how, enables valuable, productive solutions for the benefit of users. The promise of the data revolution has been under discussion for a long time – we have made it our mission to deliver on that promise and drive the transformation of digital banking.”

As of today, Knowledge Lab is officially offering its data science services in the market. The company serves customers in the banking sector in Switzerland and Europe. An interdisciplinary team of around 20 employees with many years of experience develops solutions together with its customers at the forefront of bank transformation and constantly researches new approaches and ideas in its own laboratory.
